Maybach was a luxurious custom car manufacturer in Germany. Each vehicle was made exactly to a customer’s specifications. The cars were very expensive and in demand by European elite. Each car was equipped with a powerful engine and a reliable transmission. A total of about 520 SW 38s were built. It was a direct competitor of Mercedes-Benz in the 1930's.
